New improved jackpots

Post by harry 3 »

With an imminent announcement due would new levels of jackpot would you like to see ?

£35 jackpot and 30p play.

£35 jackpot and 50p play.

£50 jackpot and 50p play.

Bearing in mind the bigger the ratio between price per play and jackpot value generally effects the gameplay.

I would prefer £1 per game with £25 jackpots with a chance of a 5 or 6 jackpot repeat streak. Even £75 is not a lot of money these days considering you can win £500 on a S16 or a FOBT.

bring back £10 Jp 20p play :)

Soon it will be whats the point of playing an awp when you can get £250 JP at 25/30p play on a club machine.

I know the playing profiles will be different but you could probably guarantee that they wont change the hopper types (That would cost too much money  ) so you will only be able to winas much as you do on current machines

I'd personally rather see 30p opposed to 50p play.

It'll still have the same shitty blocks at £2 and £5 i'd imagine, as most of them will play the same but just have £35 instead of £25.

Imagine a bellfruit, with the top 3 wins going £5 £10 £35. bet that'll be fun to play

i've heard from a rep that whatever the value that the price of play will be it will be to allow variable stakes obviously the higher stakes will resort in a higher win percentage say 85% but its just froma rep so he could be bs'in me. so i assume that you can still play 25/30p £25 jp

I'm wondering whether they'll be programmed in the same way. Will they be progressive, I mean £50 is quite a big jump from £25. If they streak you'll easily be taking £100+ out of machines. Seems a bit crackers. I think they may have a more non-progressive element.

Does anyone know what will happen to the majority of £25 machines??

Will most of them be converted to £35JP or will seaside operators and arcade owners in particular not want the hassle of trying to buy 30 upgrade kits and just leave them on £25 and wait for the new £35JP machines to come out

i notice that DOND and some other machine were basically just waiting for the chnage the fourth reel will be used when you select the 50p stake.
