Yes, but most of the time it's not those who were supposed to have said stuff that actually have.
It's more than likely those people who say that someone else said whatever it was, were the actual culprits.

There was someone in my area saying shit to my mate, saying there was someone after me in another town...trying to scare me from going there. as if im staying away from anywhere....only place i aint going is Dartford lol
