Sceptre (not the only guilty ones) love misinforming their clientele about the workings of fruit machines!
No doubt they'll do and audit tomorrow and find nothing wrong, but no doubt after hearing your story will fill your head with some spiel about its was professionally robbed.
We have 1 sign from years ago saying there's. £70 jackpot lol. Now I have spoke to you guys there is no need to tell sceptre unless they ask me from the collection bringing something up. As I say, I never saw anything but nothing quite added up so I just thought I would check on here first, now I feel better for it, just won't be going on the machine for a while.....

I'd dump them when your contracts up and go for a more local supplier, you'd receive a far better service, not too small of a company that you'll end up with old fruit machines, but not too big of a company that they only worry about their shareholders and not the pubs taken the machines on board or the end user.

Unless your in the arse end of nowhere and end up with Alan Davis who leave messages with there payouts stating they know your fraudulently deceiving the machine.........WTF why pay it out then?
He isn't right of course, he just thinks he is.

Were tied with either sceptre or if we prefer games tec, but we have a big pool following and games tec are shite for reclothing and pool in general. It was so much easier as a steward, owned the machine and sorted it myself, god I dropped that more than anything......

Sceptre used to be a very nice company to do business with, there not now. Only ever had two DOND machines though, which is new as the rest in my town are all the same....

Punch only let you rent from Gamestec or Sceptre, bet that little arrangment threw about a few back-handers.
Wetherspoons slightly differant to Punch I know but its not uncommon to find their machines sited by a local(ish) supplier.
He isn't right of course, he just thinks he is.
