Nice few days

Post by Mattb »

Had a nice few days of winning recently. Just about cleared three figures for profits, which is nice 8)

The usual extreme/cabin fever/LS/JP Genie combo made me a good £30 yesterday, while today i had some great luck (for a change, its been a while).

Walked onto a pulsation, and was amazed to find it virtually all red from the off. Couldn't be arsed with a force, so i thought i'd bank up and be sensible with it. Managed to get a red star choice from about £2 in for £12. It then offered me green boxes, which i tried to hit notation and it bloody bounced. Gave me the fantatic win series for £5. It then offered greens again, and it again bounced to win series for £3 ( :x ). After a £5 cash falls, £6 cash win, it dropped a bouns in with red boxes only 3 away. Got to 2 nudges on a 10, and to my surprise it went to 3. Finally got my notation, which was only £10. A few more quid in and i got a horribly dead board, and left a good £35 up. Maybe could have punted it and made more, but its been harsh to me before, so perhaps this was a better idea.

Meanwhile, some goon had just ripped a £10 win from Space Raiders next to me, so i nipped on there to clear up. After a £7 first board, it then potted the very next one (with some astute use of nudge gambles/skillshot gambles) before i used a taxi for my final skillshot for the £25rp. No repeat, and a dead £3 full of ships board after which i took. £20 odd made there.

Wandered down to spoons, and tried the extreme which was horribly battered to death and on £1/£1.20 starts. Lost about £5 in there, but that's life.

Hit LAB next, which was backing and slow reeling from the off. Red Fast Cash first board, so went for the punt for JP. 2 blocks on £15 after about £20 and £35 in, before it finally went for £75 a few quid later. Spun in red shells straight after that board too (never seen this?) and gave the slow down. Hit The Top for £10. Frittered a few more away, then left it. Made a good £40 there.

A nice ton made over the last few days, immediately invested in useful stuff. Happy days :) 8)

When I win, my winnings usually are invested in nights out. Friday and Saturday night had a coouple of class nights out with my mates, paid by fruits. And on Sunday I had a class day out with my brother after the Norwich game, lots of alcohol finished with an indian, my brothers pretty skint, so I paid for most of it. :)

Yep, whenever i win anything decent i always go buy stuff with it. Clothes, trainers, whatever i need. Make the winnings seem worthwhile, and prevents you getting more tempted to try and win more. Works a charm.

Pocketed a load more £££s tonight, mainly from a crazily offering Cabin Fever.

Got a board with JP in normal superhold range. Expected to start on red duelling banjos, but got a scratch start! One gamble, collected it and ran. £1 in, £25 out ta!

LS also gave £36 from about £14 in, ripped a good £10 off an extreme, before making about £7 playing the £5 JPs. A very nice £60 profit to come home with from about 40mins playing. T'riffic :D 8)
