If it was +expenses then it would not be selfemployed, a selfemployed person would factor in the expenses into the rate charged, then its up to them how much they spend on expenses.

We are talking about a black economy job though where no taxes are paid, the driver is probably getting means tested state benefits as well and the vehicle isn't properly insured for the purpose. £50 for an average 10 hour day plus fuel should be plenty in those circumstances.

i asked a mate to drive me yesterday simply because i was too lazy to drive, i offered him £100 from 7:30am till 5pm like i gave another mate (more his mate than mine) or i said he could have half the profits which i advised coz he's a good mate.
he ended up going home with £280, half a bag of weed and about £20 fuel left in his car.
now he's on my case to come out again but i aint going 3 ways and got a play mate who was having a lazy day that day.

Since I went solo, I've really run myself into the ground but the rewards are great.
The problem with going halves is that after you take food and drinks into account, it's actually less than half!

spoons all open at 8am, 30min gets me to the first one then it flows from there.
glad it was a profitable day and it got him a bit of money coz hes been out of work for a few weeks and ive been hiring him to decorate my house to get him a bit of money.
he didnt have a clue what was going on lol, i think it takes a fair bit of fruity knowlege to be a player.
