I think this would be a double post but please don't shoot me!!
I have a Maygay/Impulse fruit machine which is all working (loads up fine with all flashy pretty lights etc.) other than the fact the machine doesn't go into a game when a coin is inserted. The coins are being sorted to the appropriate places (hopper, cashbin at the bottom) but the machine doesn't credit them (obviously not starting the game) also the CASH IN/CASH OUT counter doesn't click. The error randomly happened one day after about 6 months of working fine and fully functional.
Sometimes I get Percentage Key error but i just wiggle the payout board and that disappears and the fruit machine will start up as normal. I'm really running out of ideas and as I'm someone with not an awful lot of money replacing stuff isn't an option anymore (one PSU and Percentage/Skate board replacement to "try" and solve this issue to no avail).
The machine is not in freeplay mode, all DIP switches are all on the same number (0 or 1, i forget)
any ideas???!!!!
