If you have geniune roulette in pubs, it would then pave the way to having betting shops inside pubs. Don't think whoever is governing our country would let this happen. The cat c banner is the ticket to allow a form of gambling in pubs so laws would have to be turned upside down, with motions having to be passed in the commons and lords that would be extremely unlikely.

Can you only imagine if fobts were allowed in pubs?

It's hard enough to get a £2 IOU let alone walking to the bar with a £500+ ticket!
Bored of the grind.

if they had full-fobt in pubs i know at least two or three places where id print a ticket off and take it home, then forge it and make it into a £3000 one, hand it over the bar and watch the owner shit himself..

obviously it wouldnt work, but those few seconds where he thought id won more than the weekends takngs would make me smile for a few days..

so its like juices roulette,

does every scratchcard get you chips? if so, and if it is fully random, this sounds like a really good idea, (gunna get slated for this comment!!)

It can be hard work getting £50 worth of ticket from a juice at times, usually clears the till out.

You get a 90% return to play a 97% game. Seen people row thousands through this type of game. Did once get three consecutive zeroes to make just under the £500 limit on a similar machine where you had a five reel OXO reels. Three x's gave a £5 stake, 4 x's £10 and 5x's gave £25 IIRC.
Roulette free since December 2011.

There is an almost identical eletrocoin roulette rearing its ugly head in the arcades. But you can play roulette straight off if you want to. The one local to me is 80% on a pound play.........on a 97% game.

Shocking.
