We got the placepot. Sadly. when I entered mine online I clicked the wrong box on 1 leg and it had to be one where I picked a loser instead of a winner, didn't it??? Still got 8 lines up... waiting for the dividend but it won't pay a lot. As I see it, Mr Tipster is languishing at the bottom of the Tipster competition after a disaster day for him and I'm right up there in the thick of it. Mr Tipster shrugs and says there's still 3 days left for him.. I'm usually crap on the last 3 days so I'm not expecting much... it paid £60.60 and I got it for a pathetic 80p instead of £1.60 due to my idiotic mishap. I actually lost 12p on the bet! 486 lines!!! All it needed was a few less fancied horses in the frames to ruin it and it was paying big and I had all those outsiders that got placed - sickening!!!

Mr Tipster's advice....
"It was 1 of those days today, stick with me and I'll guide you out of the red and well into the black! Tomorrow is Master Minded day, he will show that last year was just one of those bad runs like what Menorah and Cue Card had today. Those horses will be back and show their class next time out (probably at Aintree)...
Today its these 4 in a yankee, each way just to be safe...
Aegean Dawn
Master Minded
Rock On Ruby
Time For Rupert
They should all at least get placed, I don't see any 4th's or below here."
Personally, I'd go with the 1st 2 and replace the last 2 with Tornado Bob and Master of The Hall - blinding if they all even get placed with those prices.

Mr Tipster won a good few quid thanks to Big Buck's and on the last day, Bobs Worth (he didn't put it into the competition because he said it would curse him!) and Sir Des Champs. Destroyer Deployed was a nice hit at £250 e/w too. He was slaughtered on multiples but we all know that's why multiples are good - the stake is much lower.
Like a proper old loser in our competition, he had this to say...
"I couldn't care less about winning a competition with no prize, there's no fun in it for me if there's no money involved. I did my job, that's all that makes me happy!"
SMUG GIT!!!
