30p play,25JP 4 reel fruity in yates (need mattv to confirm)

Post by Rob Pots »

In that new pub in gravesend, on the high st. Came across this fruity, forget the name but i will try to explain.....

Normal 25 JP machine with four reels, you need 3 symbols in view to start the board, so with 16 in view this roll's in / nudges in quite often, or 4 symbols for super start....similar lay out to monopoly and snakes and ladders

The board revolves around obtaining chess pieces i think (as this was a month ago), 3 kings mega streak, 3 queens super streak, 3 pawns extra life, you can open up a shots board with repeat shots if red.

But anyway from £8, walked away with £30. Took Super Nearest Bars (no mixed bar win) (if you get four of kind it doubles the win, so £4 bar win became £8...so i assume four JP's is guaranteed £50????

Took a shots board of £10.50 which repeated.

Im not a hardcore forcer so thats why i walked even if it was playing well but from that £8 i got on the board 4times.

I think this could be a very profitable machine to the more experienced player so let me know how you get on....

I'm not Matt V, but i've played this one.

It's called Take The Piece, and is a bellfruit machine. Not too great if you ask me. Best to take checkmate on £2 boards, and recycle for somethign better, unless it throws out a big win as it can do (£20 odd)

Small problem with this theory - the Jackpot symbol is a bell, not a bar.

That said, Super Nearest Bells would be a good feature!
This machine may at times offer a choice where the player has every chance of bankruptcy

Sorry nixxy i didnt mean just for that feature, it doubles if you get four of a kind on anything.

Is there a bell on the fourth reel??

I doubt it would be possible but if it was it may just be JP plus repeat as I think bells on their own are just £25 no repeat chance. I could be wrong though

to clarify - when you get 4 x bells it will just award mega streak straight away. I thought it doubled the win, Bellfruit... naughty! can we sue?? false advertising and all that.

also if you get 4 x red sevens (£12 a piece) it awards the jackpot and not £24... go figure :D

be on the look out for deal or no deal either... same gash machine pretty much.

Got this machine in my local aswell. Its generally crap, but if you get lucky then you can get a few good wins. Go careful with the "check mate" as if you are going for big wins off it then you may have 6 or 7 loses in a row before it gives you anything and if you take any cash or features in between then it will start again with the "checkmate" meaning you will get more loses before it gives you a win.

The best ive had off this machine is £80 but that included a board that gave me 4 horses scattered on the reels and just went straight to the shots board with 3 red horses and repeated twice for £75 and a lucky £5 off red 50/50.

Doubling the win would be illegal though. Even GUARANTEED repeat is not allowed. Minimum streak of£ 50 would be welcome though to encourage punters. I mean, £25 doesn't go far these days.

Everyone has got sick of the same old machines so at least this is something different, especially from Bell Fruit.

Hi mate,

You mean in 'The Penbrooke'? Used to have a fruitful Lucky Strike and a decent Crazy Casino (Global) in there. Also had a Pulsation for an extremely short spell.. ;)

I've not been in there recently, what have they got alongside this?

They've got a Deal or No Deal in Bar24 (See my thread on this!) which I believe is a clone of TTP.

PS - I'm out down G'send all day Friday if you're around for a pint...

:)
