777 mate, dunno about you and I'm not about to start becoming the resident spell-checker/reviewer on fruit chat, however boring it is.

h2 edit.

It is boring and someone has to do it.

Matty is a nice lad, young, smart, hansom, but inexperienced. Time will change him for the better. He is going about doing the fames in the right manner I have noticed hes doing them less regularly, and covering a larger area of England, he has wisened up. He hasn't made the same mistake as what he did with p3 winstopper, banking it 5 times in Twickenham amusement and causing the first ever rechip. In my eyes it's Ash's fault though for not educating him or does he even know himself about prolonging a trick, I hope so. Ash is an alright guy away from fruits, he is good to his mates and not a coward like most people, stands up for himself and his friends, I respect him for that. He bullshits a bit, but that's cos he wants people/players to respect him for knowing alot. Shaun from notts, he bumped into me once. My first impression, very nice guy, very experienced pro, talks sence about fruits. Know how deals work. A fair guy that I will respect. I think he is on par with me on WIYB. He can't be much better than the guy who made the trick complete.

this post is absolute bullshit,

take another profession, bus driver forinstance,

drives a bus, takes pride in being friendly and being polite, is a good driver, gets paid and makes a reasonable living from his earnings, he is happy and loves his life.

does he give a fuck who the best driver is in the country? NO.

swap bus driver for any other job... NO-ONE cares.. if you make a livings why do you care about other people?

threads like these make me doubt peoples integrity on this site. makes me think some of you are 17 year old kids living by the seaside 'bigging each other up'

You're right spyder, as always  remember it was set up as a joke and we're not really debating who is the best - we've just gone into how handsome (at least spell your compliments right Fruity - lazy git) Matteo is...

Not really a fair comparison though as there's not the same disparity in earnings as there is with fruits.

If we are going on to the subject of best bus drivers, i nominate my local friend

The question that was being asked was what is takes to be the best/top player, not what it takes to be the best bus driver. Both are different jobs that reward differently. A fruit machine player that betters himself will make more, a bus driver will not. The better you are at poker the more you'll make. Having the right attitude is what makes you better at what you do.

Player (bus driver) A works 40 hours a week and clears £15/hour; he earns £600 per week.

and player (bus driver) B works ten hours every day of the week and only makes £10/hour; he earns £700 per week.

Who is the better player ? and who has the better work/life balance ?

This is turning stupid now!

This was not ever a serious post, it was made with a name which you'd expect from John32 to wind us up - in a nice way.

Then people started making it a serious post about that, we brought JJ into it then spyder had a moan with a quite irrelevant point and terrible example but he's upset - understandably.

Now its just getting silly, of course there is competition between fruit machine players AMONGST THEMSELVES but now comparing a bus driver to a player? Its become "who has the best job?"

It doesn't matter who the best player is, you just get on with it and earn your money or you don't is the point I think spyder was trying to make but I agree that this is a "job" where you can improve according to your own ambition whilst a bus driver can't - not as easily anyway.

We could compare our "job" to someone going up in the ranks within a company for example, but we won't - well I won't - because I can't be bothered!

Sake. Threads that start off sensible and turn ridiculous get moaned about. Then a thread starts off light-heartedly and turns serious and people still get the goat.

I know what you mean Matt. And to be honest with you, I'm getting fed up with it.

Banter should remain just that, but instead it becomes stupid.

Might be time to piss off from the whole thing, I don't know.
