The longest time i've played a fruit machine was when i played the Jpm arcadia in my local pub, i was on the fruit machine for at least 5 hours hitting the shoot em ups
Ironically very similar to John's machine (Arcadia), I was on a Slider for an hour-ish trying to force the top. I didn't get it in the end but I did manage to get a red barcode and got £30 from the 'Notation' feature.

3 or 4 hours on my own machine trying to get a 105. Got it in the end but after 4 hours of deliberate losing and putting over double the coins back in after a crapper top it did me in!
when i was about 12 there was a new machine at the arcade, that had hi-lo and pontoon on it (not deal em), and if you won you had to gamble red or black to move up the prizes, and pontoon was only about the 4th best win on pontoon. Thing was, i'd estimate the machine was paying out at about 125%, so i ended up playing it for about 6 hours and winning £75, which for a 12 year old is like a lottery win. came back next day and it was turned off, and then it was gone.
Does anyone have any idea what it was? would love to know.
