Mux row error 31 on Mazooma Big blaster

Machine had 8 lamps out in a row on tha right hand side prizes. replaced and they blew again. Also machine sometimes takes 3 goes to power up. Plays ok when not displaying error message. Anyone help?

Its a Mazooma Big blaster. Has been sitting unused for quite a while and am trying to get it fixed to sell.[/b]

It is usually the power supply or board fault. Not much helpI know but you will need to track it down.
If you could borrow another Scorp 4 board and swap it with yours it would narrow down the fault.

Thanks for that, fitted new board and works a treat (£25) for the board but well worth it
