Getting sick of hearing
"Spoke to the Boss, and these aren't actually our machines, they are nothing to do with us, you'll have to phone the number on the front and report it yourself" line.
Surely landlords have some sort of duty of care if they have a machine in their pub?
Anyone know for sure?
Think the BACTA guildlines might say something about machines being kept in good working order.
Also is there any point phoning the supplier nowadays? Called about a working dial that wouldn't take credits for 2 weeks once, and since I didn't have a postcode or something they couldn't deal with me. I was told that the pub owners would have to phone them.

A pal reported a firm to bacta cos a hold button wasn't working on a esb. He'd already had it out with landlord who basically fucked him off,that's why he contacted bacta. The pub kept the machine on see even tho faulty which is what narked him. It did get repaired
