I actually got into a place ive been barred from for well over a year. They once had a win stopper, which eventually got chipped to p2 around the time we all got barred.
Anyway, went in and straight onto that thinking it would still be a changeover. But ehh no, not quite. Its the roguest piece of s hit ive ever seen. I literally lost 6 out of 6 times going higher and lower than 2's and 11's for a skill bonus(and yes i know it will lose on 1 or the other dependng on fast/slow chip etc but thats only relevant to te middle no.) on the left or right reels mainly. Including dial boards, it would still lose 3 gambles in on a 2 going for win stopper.
In the end i gave in and took a super streak and got off it. There never was a chip to stop rippage of skill bonusses though was there? The unchipped amazing was a joke as well, took 5 out of it and made £30! And meanwhile some idiot fluked a top on the £70 smash with a free board afer (he collected £15)
Has anyone actually came across one thats almost imposible to rip?
Iv came across a few of these, they are shit. The first time I played one I put about 150 in and just give up on it. Iv even seen it on a £5 jackpot one.
Yeah, bad chips exist. Funnily its not the new software, local arc's eproms burnt out a few weeks ago and they got new ones from bellfruit, so manager says its got the newest software. Still plays fine.
Yeah fruitty, I agreed. Porbably didn't make it clear. There is a fucked up chip, thats not worth touching, but will be like BFK says, some sort of special request/bootleg chip.
