The owner of Stardust who drives the Mercedes does look very much like Phil who used to own the other arcade (now Bubbles.) Don't think they were brothers though.

The owner of Stardust banned me because he thought I worked in Phils Bingo and then emptied the Fruitopia a few times!!! He was like thats not very nice to your employer!! What the hell was he on about. Just an excuse to ban me maybe. They had Italian Job 2 you see.
