Just recently purchased Nuns & Roses machine.
When tryin to use a note in the acceptor, it happily take the notes but then rejects it back out and the display reads COINS ONLY. The acceptor is obviously active as it does take the notes when offered.
After opening the lid of the machine and checking the acceptor it appears that the connector lead is not connected to the board anywhere and this is the part i need help with.....
Where does this lead connect to or how can i make the note acceptor operate correctly

Very odd. If the note acceptor is not connected to the board, it will not have a power supply, so shouldn't be able to pull the notes into it, or spit them out again.
When turning the machine on, can you hear the note acceptor initialising ? What note acceptor are you trying to get working NV4, Liminar, or somthing else ? Also, what's the make of your particular machine?

The note acceptor is an EBA-PB2 Serial number: 0806902313. It appears the acceptor is actually initialising on start up but rejects notes and just says COINS ONLY on the main display.
I have opened the lid and noticed that this time round there is a little red LED flashing on the note acceptor circuit board. This does not always happen so i am asuming there is a loose wire on the board somewhere.
