Poker Face

Post by Stevie S »

What if anythink is this worth playing for? Find it very boring, predictable and generally offers under a tenner all the time from shit features and super strikes! Read a few threads not much to go on. Only have a little punt but its the only pub i bother going to these days, ive played it before and felt the same about it. The pubs just got this in with a Double DOND :| and they will be in there probably until sometime before f***ing xmas.

Any thoughts.
how about a greasy pork sandwich served in a dirty ashtray.

I've always had a soft spot for these - probably because they are the only (pretty much) machines that 'guarantee' you a £140 / £210 if they go 50p over the £70 from the top feature. Agreed though, pretty much everything bar the top is sub-£20 in value. 50p play is probably the best value for money, as holds seem to be non-existant on £1 a play. Only three features worth nabbing if you're a few quid in are Up The Ante, Bottle It and the other one that's between those two geographically on the board (or it may be just up from UTA).

Ah, tis indeed. Can't remember what Up The Antie and Face Off involve as features though? I know they were 'better' than the rest, but...

Not sure I have ever taken them- when they offer these you are pretty close anyway- the expected value of ploughing on is far higher.

its only 140/210 on upgraded units... You can tell them from the £35 decal on the cashshots.

Yup - you can tell the upgraded units, but I've had £140s off of both types (can't remember for £210, mind) - may just be luck, but I've never had a non-JP divisible amount...
