various lights

Hi, jst wondering if any one could help me, when i switch my machine on various lights come on and stay on about 8 or 9 including 1 ov the hold keys, any help would be welcome,
the machine is a mazooma, disco inferno, scorpion 4. ive uploaded a pic if any one can help.

you have a faulty transistor on your MPU,it is shorted and thats why it is staying lit.The lamps in a machine are multiplexed and they are in batches of 8 and when a transistor goes short it lights up the amount you see and not just one

it is always worth repairing for the sake of a transistor to £20-£30 for a board

do you know who or were i wil get it repaired mate, had the board out of the machine, cant tell which ones blown, if i knew which 1 has blown, i cud change it with 1 of me old board, is there a diagram or something relateing to the various lights lit, wich wud correspond o a particular ressistor

Use a bit of logic,

Note all the lamps that are lit,
then look for a 'common' colour wire that they all use,
and trace it back to the appropriate connector,
then note what pin it is,
meter it from there and stuff............

simples ;-)
