no cannonball m8 ,,,,,,,,,,, of course if its reboarding next credit , then i would of course go for the next jp ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, but these are easily readable , a good player counts along the playing cycle , and knows exactly when to board , and when not to etc ,,,,,,,, knows exactly where they are at all times ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, and there's a huge difference between leaving it wanting 15-20 for a board (which is somewhat acceptable by joe public , disgusting yes agreed , but nothing they havent experienced before on a bellfruit for example and is therefore somewhat expected and doesn't warrant chippage) or leaving it 40 plus for a board (pants down disgustingness for locals and warranting chippage and rightly so)
you know exactly what im saying .
for the sake of an extra few quid , short-sighted players greed , has chipped them for all.

Little discipline = BIG issue

Totally agree Lee, bang on the money, you and me were very alike in our opinions on this machine. Also MV, yes, if I was chief of rechips, I would be a little bit more canny. You'd think Alien was a walk in the park with all the sparrows after playing my rechip.
What I would do is....well actually let's not give them ideas.
However maybe some of it is not down to one single player's fault.
Imagine the scenario. You've walked into the pub, bought a drink and there it is. Let's say you try £10, well you're on your last press and slow roll in £££. We all know the script and what it implies, don't get me wrong I've had that on units with good value, but chances are it means only one thing, especially if it's £2 city.
Do you take the £1.60, and lose £8 and drinks, but safe in the knowledge that local Luke will get a board within the orange coloured note, or go feck it and strike out and within a possible total expenditure of at least £40 you get the goods and make a quick £30 or less?
I appreciate totally what you're saying about the greedy loons who'll almost deliberately screw it for General Jo. I'll left plenty with taking a £3 off the [2] add again when I knew full well the score.
All depends on location and time.
If it's a sweet spot in terms of profit, but also a bit hot, I'd look after it and certainly don't want to be labelled as the person who leaves the machine taking £50 to board.
If I know a certain duo will be along later in the day, then I'll not go out my way to burn it, but if it's boarding......

Same here. I only played for 2 jackpots about 3 times. They just weren't profitable enough for me. Don't understand how playing them for 3 or more jackpots makes you more profit.gmckee03 wrote:I never in the whole time of playing them forced one round for more than 2!!!
The other machines with the skill feature are better in my opinion.

Agreed! Occasionally played for 3 if it took the piss really bad and you knew you couldn't have as much bad luck next time round! 2 if it was keen at the off and played up or if it was absolutely flying!logopolis wrote:Same here. I saw a player doin one a while back I was meetin a mate in the pub anyway so stayed for a pint, out of curiosity I tried the r riches grid thingy and was amazed it was 2 steppin! Managed to get 2 out off a tenner! While this other bloke was still recycling trying to pinch another few quid! Get ur raise and go cos the locals will soon realise and that £10+ for a board is just silly! £30+ for a board means never play again!
