Reel Error

Hi, Could anybody help me with reel 1..err 21, my machine is a disco inferno (Mazooma). ive noticed the red led reel light isnt on. ive tried pluging the reel into the second reel cable with no joy, but if i plug reel 2 into cable 1, the red lights up on the reel 2,so i take it its a prob with the reel

Sounds like it, although it's not uncommon for the LED to be faulty. Try swapping the bands between reels 1 and 2, and then swapping the position of the reels. Effectively, the reelbands stay in the same position, so if the fault is with the reel mechanism itself, the fault will persist, but it will have moved position, generating a very slightly different error message. More simple for you to do than for me to explain.

Cheers for the reply,ive done various changes, and have found the reel sensor to b at fault, are these easy to purchase and were from.......

I have them for most reels, will have to know which is fitted though.
