The latest jump in jackpot amount has ruined games such as barx, big 7 etc, because the prizes, even the lowest, are too high and seem unachievable. Lose £100 in a £20 x's £70 bars bar x without seeing a win will alienate casual punters very quickly. One arc I still occasionally go in still has 5 or 6 £10 jp bar x's, and they take good money because with £2 for x's the gameplay is good. Electrocoins were bad enough on £35 IMO.

Im LOLing, as the above must be a joke, but on the offchance that you actually are serious i just have to say that i have seen various 5 pounders that were less than a fiver off take upto 15 quid for a board that is first move ? game over, plus 35s, and even moreso 70s that can take in excess of 50 quid without even boarding or offering anything over a couple of quid, so they must all be broken as well then.

Presuming the machine you are talking about was a 70 pounder, it could have done a JP or MS not long before and has been played on and off since, with people chucking the odd few coins in and collecting little wins over the course of a day or so will keep knocking the percentage back more and more and you will have a dead machine thats nearly full by the end of it.
No joke. Something on these. A way of getting jackpot before its due. Slightly similar to another Barcrest.
