I think you're thinking of Little Devil, the sequel to/clone of Bedazzled.Shaggerty wrote:That's a stange one, however on 'Lucky Devil' (I believe, Thunderbirds clone by Mazooma?) When you got 'Devil Streak' the machine would turn off every time.
DOND - The Dream Factory
This machine may at times offer a choice where the player has every chance of bankruptcy
Ah, you're right I think. Lucky Devil is by Red, heh.Nixxy wrote:I think you're thinking of Little Devil, the sequel to/clone of Bedazzled.Shaggerty wrote:That's a stange one, however on 'Lucky Devil' (I believe, Thunderbirds clone by Mazooma?) Similar names though, least you knew what I meant, right?
Strangely I've had a dodgy DF my way. Not as nasty as that but on me it switched off as soon as I hit feature exchange.
Then it switched off after a few more spins.
Left it at that.

Something strange on done double deal. Playing machine and after offering blue streak first board I mistakenly stayed on and got sucked in. 50 in and then all off a sudden a load of options appeared as if we had keyed it but we hadn't. Volume, refill etc etc. Switched off and on but couldn't shift it. Had to leave it, still hasn't been fixed 2 days later.

Wierd stuff! I know I'd be summarily pi55ed off if I'd been a lot in, only to collect the MS and have it cut out on me.
DOND Double Deal: I'm liking these at the moment!
I think these have the potential to be very good (especially on £70 JP). If you look at the maths involved (when you've got four phones) you can pretty much always get a high offer. I might just be being very lucky with these, but no complaints as yet!

Sadly, people can't seem to work out there's ONE box, for TWO games. Thus you can work out whats in your box nearer the end. If you remember a high value box, bobs your uncle!Matt Vinyl wrote:Wierd stuff! I know I'd be summarily pi55ed off if I'd been a lot in, only to collect the MS and have it cut out on me.

Yet ANOTHER cut out today, this time pulsation, it cost me £60 for a £45 top, next credit gave me 1 nudge and every feature red except one, it gave the 1 green feature first shot so now i need features for the guaranteed top which it does give, there is no £10 win when you get the top from all red features so its a minimum £35 top..... WRONG, banged the first shot and power cut :x :x :x :x
All i can think is that it realised it could'nt get out of by giving me a shitty £10 top and shut itself off, i've heard about this £0 top these give before, and it did actually alarm for 5 seconds whilst re-setting, even worse was to follow because all signs of life dissapeared, ended up losing £30 odd when i should have made £20 minimum. I've never seen machines cut out because they did'nt want to pay before this week, now i've seen it twice.

someone may have to re - jog my memory here , but wayyyyy back in time
jpm's force 10 , b4 the 15 cash version (and subsequent twin cash up amount £7.60 empty cheat ) ,,,,,,,
back further still to the token version ,,,,,,,,,,, now i seem to remember once you had won sufficient tokens to turn the tt low light on ,,,,,, ,,,,,, it was stil possible through numbering , no lose , lucky 7 , extra life etc etc , to force/ manipulate a no lose gamble through the 4quid cash barrier to a token win ,,,,,,,,,,,,,, which resulted in it shutting down and reseting itself everytime..
shoddy programming then ,,,,,,,,, shoddy programming now lol

all new dond machines are awful and dont deserve a pound, of course you can get flukey matt, but look at the flip side, it could cost way over £35 to get the phones, and then be rubbish in the box... surely you agree this is a distinct possibility, and you have been lucky to avoid it thus far :P

Heh - I think you'll find I do mate - but playing 'minimally' does reduce the risk (along with the chance of winning, of course!)
I had that tedious loss on a Poker Face last week, along with a hit on a Crazy Chair that was red-boxing from the off. About £100 over both of those. Grr...
Yeah, you're right ob - that's why I say it's all been lucky so far.
