Also, what do you do with your winnings. If you regularly bank amounts of cash, this can be used as evidence in your defence. This is a grey area, but what proof have they got of any illegal behaviour. Best to consult a solicitor.

I was being done with theft and forceably opening a lockfast place a while back...

Charges dropped eventually, due to a technicallity incidently. The PF was willing to take it all the way till the little technicality was pointed out.

If I'd kept my mouth shut they would have had nothing to go on.

i got done for the same offence earlier this year coz i won 40 jackpot off casino royale in wales... got my phone taken and even the judge says they shouldnt have taken it but have never got the phone back and i dont think i will.. solicitor said it would be easier to go guilty and take a 300 fine coz its too hard to prove where the money comes from ... they also kept my cash that i had on me but didnt search my house as its 300 miles away.. good luck!!!!

put it this way, if my solicitor told me to plead guilty, i would have given him the boot , money wasted.

find a proper one , though they can charge about £700/hour

Anyway in interview I told them I play fruit machines legally and I would take them out for a day to prove it.

4 months later and loads of re bails i got everything back.



First time I actually had the spoon and bar x when i was a naughty boy and when no comment they had no idea and gave up.

If anyones out playing machines legally, there's no way in the world, anyone should put up with this treatment..if i was ever put in that situation, i would sue the police, im quite fucking entitled to play a machine and win..iv'e done nothing wrong!!
