Wouldn't you think after reading up on them i'd know when to quit, i went in the arcade this morning with £40, got a tip that the guy playing on cashino was in for about £500 and nearly skint!

So i played hi-roller at the side of him to see how he was doing, i put £30 in and dropped £120, then played the £20 and dropped £500

Came off and while i was changing the coins in the guy on cashino gave it a kick and stormed out, so within 5 seconds i found myself loading it with £20's, anyway 3 hours later, i've got £50 left in my pocket and i'm going to drown my sorrows :o ops:

I AM NEVER PLAYING AN S16 AGAIN

I'd have felt better if i'd have just lost my £40 and walked away, i'm gutted! :(

I'm normally good with walking away with my winnings but afer someone ploughing £500 in without a win bigger than £50 you'd expect something!!

I think i'll go back tomorrow and try high-roller again!

I would expect the same thing, but that is not the way they would, people have put in ££££ without a jackpot. Players have to be very lucky to be in profit.

Mate try putting the odd £2 in, in good time you will find you have a few £100 + wins.

but you will only lose £2 nearly all the time but when that big win flies in  :D

I said I was destined never to win the £500 but i was wrong :D

Put £40 into a reel king about 3 days ago when i got the feature all 5 reels popped up. The guy sitting next to me said it could be the big one and sure enough it was.

Ever since then everything I have been playing has been really generous but i must stay focused.

Watch this space - No doubt in another 3 days I will be telling you I have put it all into another one

One of my local arcades has "Monkey Business" which you can play for 5p per line if you're just out to pass the time for a bit. Last time I was doing that I must have lost around £10 playing 5 lines.
Next to me was a guy playing Slotto at £2 per go. He almost sneered at me when he say my 25p stake!
When I started playing he had £368 in the bank. By the time I'd finished (and had some "amusement" out of my machine) he'd lost it, bunged in a pocketful of £20 notes and "reserved" the machine while he went to find more money.
Getting ahead on this machines is far easier than staying there!

There is one thing i would like to know.

On Barcrest Sec 16 players can play on 50p, £1 or £2 stake. Do they run seperate games?

ie there is a 50p program, £1 program and £2 program?
