Well it killed me on an 11 but I could have been unlucky. It is fair to say I really dont get on with them bastard machines.

Only other form of entertainment in the pub was annoying the old men when I got "MEGA STREAK" and oh yeh... a pinball table.

I don't goto Haverhill out of mutual respect for a fellow professional player.

I'll sell the location (in cambridge) for £35 :P (£125 hopper)

Well I think he has better things to do than sod around with chipped HOF's and Piggy Banks like most full time players, he's hardly going to be bothering with his town centre as a matter of urgency either.

When I slotted full time, I'd never bother with Bedford town centre apart from emptiers. Its a shit hole that takes no money and is plagued with turds from london coming up on the train. Not worth my time. Whilst it would have been nice to burn it, at the time, it was my living - so breaking even / losing money was hardly viable when I could go out of town to somewhere fresh like Milton Keynes and make 100's.

Didnt realise i was mysterious, LOL.

Yeah i still play, soon to enter my 18th year. Great! :?

RE Haverhill, Cluedo went from spoons a few weeks ago, the pub on the double r/a had a cluedo as well (not sure if its still there) but i got barred when it had a chip1 stopper late on so you would have found that one flying. Also a cluedo just up from spoons, still there i think as well. Nice pub, all yours if you want it! Personaly i prefer to keep to the pubs that you can drink from the glasses without catching something.

As for the piggy bank in the White Hart, i dont bother with that either, i would rather try and make money than waste time. Is a bit strange how they had a piggy bank about a year ago though, then 3 or 4 machines changes later its back in exactly the same place! Strange.

And if i have to travel more than about 4ft for a HOF then it will get left. There is plenty better ways to make money.

Okey donkey. There was an Invincible in Horeseheath a while back too, gone now though. Not been to HH for a while now, not really worth the hassle with such a small choice of machines about, especially now that rough bar with the invince/moley is closed down! Better places to go at the moment. Hopefully i shall bump into you one day though!

Unfriendly players....why?

Only ever met one hostile in my life. Rob from MK. Why people think they have a divine right to machines and an area i don't know. I for one like to meet and get to know people around the locale. What harm can it do...people worried by it are just sad and paranoid to be honest. Grow up and get a life.

Yeah its okay up to an extent as long as they dont take the piss with it and you cant get owt. Nobody owns areas but its all about keeping on top enough to keep people away..
If i went to a new town/city and made an easy ton, i'll go back same day the following week, if i made nowt the following week i'd just change my day,
Unfriendly players? not really come across any

yeh I agree there matt, although tbh if someone started coming to my hits, I wouldn't need to threaten them, could just do them more often so they don't come back :)

Back in my slotting days, I always found the grumpy, hostile players to be the ones that struggled.

The happy ones were shipping home the $$$

Never understood it either, a machine is in a PUBLIC house. If you snooze you lose, move on!

Ok Mark, name this player.

A little twerp, often seen in service stations about five years ago. Would play Vamps, but never saw him touch the arrows in Corley. Travels with a blonde haired guy about six foot. This smaller guy hostile and aggressive. Blondie just stands there.

Who is it please? Is it Rob from Milton Keynes?

there's been a few territorial idiots like this over the years,,,, and they all should be named and shamed ,,,,,,,

i mean unless you have a prior agreement out of respect for another player , then surely its first come first served isn't it?? ,,,,, ive always been polite to any outsiders that have come to leicester

about 15years ago , i was approachd by a blond (flattop hairstyle ) idiot in trocadero/sega world london ,,,, told me it was his arcade and if i didn't move on there would be trouble , told him to bolocks , nothing happend

where does this mentality stem from????????? :|
