All 3 machines look totally shite to me.

Deal or no Deal is a direct clone of Take The Piece, only difference being a slightly different cashpot arrangement. Other than that all the squares are identically laid out.

Sabre is Hot Shot with a different colour background (yawn)

.. and needless to say I won't be touching that Elvis rubbish.

I'd give them a go, sure (apart from the barcrest one).

I quite like all the hotshot clones, can be quite easy to rack up a nice bank. Board maximisation and all that.

DOND would also get a few plays. Played take the piece, and got £29 out for about £6 in. Took the Check Mate button, and it gave feature streak (like Hi Lo Karate, gives you goes at different features) for £20, plus a £9 cashpot straight after.

I normally just hit the check mate button and hope if it doesnt give a board over £5.

Nice work, Matt!

My only nearby Flash Cash has just been replaced with a Deal or no Deal; played exactly the same way as Take The Piece (as expected). The equivalent of the 'Check Mate' button only illuminates for 2 or 3 seconds when you land on a Mystery - before going out and forcing you to take the mystery. My £1 investment yielded an £8 win by pressing it :)

Machine itself looks really nasty though :(

I think I stated in another post that the "method" for playing these is by taking Check Mate/Sink or Swim/SHIT OR BUST button and seeing what it gives. Playing boards/forcing never seems to yield much profit...

Any views....

I played one after the last england game for the first time, withing £5 got an im board (that repeated!) followed by a £23.something cash pot was prob obviously another jackpot board but didnt take the piss to be honest.
I was more than happy with the outcome anyway!
Seemed very random though.
Even had a guy wish me luck when i got on it as he said hed done £20 through it
