No, this is a scam on a machine, a device for making money, this is not harming an indivdual physically. If that was the case then I would definitely report it, as I would not like to see anyone robbed and hurt.
The Rhys Jones thing I would obviously report if I knew anything!!
But when someone tools a bandit, as a player you should not be grassing them up to the police!
