If, when you land on a '?' it gives you a 'mystery' without the option to gamble it, then it is a later chip version. This one 'can' be forced, but it can fiddle you by giving you 'Collect Prize' when you have £10 / High feature and you can't do anything about it (bar turning it off, lol).

Nice little machine this, but the early version and previous incarnations are better.

Ive had another Raiders turn up near me .Its the older rom version ( can gamble ? mark ).

Great machine if it on a decent percentage, even on the sub standard 70%, it can give a decent mega streak.

Doesnt red boost upon feature entry, so good signs are skill shotting off the shots and landing directly on skill shot.Less invaders on feature entry can be a good sign too.

Quite rare to get back to back jp's or ms on this one but possible i guess.

They can give Red Boost on entry, but it's not as big a sign as on the older versions. As in, it doesn't have to do it for it to be 'there' and it can do it when it isn't 'there'.

You can 'generally' tell from the first board where you're at with it though - number of aliens is the key, as mentioned. I don't think there's much of a streak profile though, is there? I've had two consecutive MSs, one for £40 the following for a flat, but that's the best.

Quite possibly - I just never noticed the RB as much on these as say, VIU. How much were you putting through to get 3? I'd probably say that the profit would not have been much different to if you had taken a quick 2 and walked? Not sure though, as I never pressed on after the second. It'd tend to go stone, even from really buizzing beforehand.
