iv got a MAZOOMA TOPGEARS machine and would like to know what it means when it sais DIAL 9! and in the middle of the machine is three cards with three 9's on them iv only manged 2 light up 1 card(middle one) but didnt know how i did it! could anyone plz help me on how i light these 9cards up!

Well it's not a club machine, but in answer to your question:
Each 9 corresponds to the 1st 2nd and 3rd reel. When you nudge a certain symbol (it changes everytime) onto the winline, the 9 will light up. Light up all 3 nines and you get something absolutely amazing, tho I can't quite remember what it is... still, if it's your own machine you can experiment to your heart's content.
Any chance of changing your avatar - or at least the size of it?
