Best way to read it is by how many shots it's willing to offer - if it's going to 5 then anything between £10-20 should be there for the taking, going to 6 and you should be a definite £20+. If it gets to 7 or 8 then it could be worthwhile playing for the top feature.

Quick steals were there if the cash and money went red off the bonus, the nudges were then each way, £15 + 2 repeats isn't uncommon, neither is 4 blue or red sevens.

Any feature above Cash KO should be over £10 - it's easy enough to hit 8 knockouts on that feature too, which is a minimum £10.

Thanks for the Hints

The most it has offered me is 4 steps. and 8 knockouts so far.

quite a low payout of 72%

When it was nearby for me it was 10p/£150 - 74%. As i said, 5 steps or more and there could be some value there. If your looking for a quick steal, when you turn the cash and features red from the bonus, sometimes 3 blue or red sevens will be nearby from a nudge, and they can repeat twice for £24/30.

SURELY these are there to be forced all out if offering the super mode?

They apear extremely forcable to me, id love to have one in the wild. All ive got to go on at the minute is the emulator.

Barcrests in general, are the all suposed to give the afters or is that just psycho?

So far i have played a lot of PCB's out, (all on ferrys) however we played out a TOT which went for the hidden IM then well died :?

Super mode always struck me as being random on CGD. Bonuses like disc blitz being awarded frequently though is a good sign.

There was usually some afterplay to CGD but not as much as CPCB.

I have to agree - Disc Blitz is the big sign on this, as well as going over 5-6 steps.

this is one of the better crest 250's to force; done it a MILLION times! mugs dont seem to like playing them out, but they'll happily go for a cash beast. I think it's because of the hi-lo nature of the board - mugs dont like playing hilo games out!

when they are ready it's either really easy or really hard to get it!

really easy: nudging in £150 from nudges early on in the board and you have steps to step to the remaining cash, or something like this. If they are going to £30+ on cash without doing horrendous pauses on the hi-lo's they will give you it this way.

really hard: off their head happy, skill bonus on the 4, selecter going to 7-8 steps or even dragon, almost every bonus going to 4+ steps. BUT the board will kill when you get to £20-30 on cash by sticking on hi-lo's up there. The last couple I played out did this, got the second by getting nudges on the bonus £100 was there, started on +1 cash on 11 went lower and it send a number that stepped to 1 cash. Once I even had it give dragon off number runner on the bonus - fucking annoying as it was £130. When they are like this they give disk blitz alot.

TBH I think the ones that frequently did it really easier were an earlier program, as cash beasts on early chips would frequently come out from a "deadish" patch, where the newer programs almost always had to go into the stupidly happy patch where they were giving the board every pound - problem was that it could stay in this patch for upto £500 before giving it!

oh btw there is a cp there - starts the board with JP, 4/5 up and down nudges straight away, sends nudges every hi-lo and super at one point.
