club crazy fruits! help! REEL ERROR 1

my machine keeps coming up reel error 1! any advice would be much appreciated please.

The paddle on the reel is not in the middle of the optic when your error comes up. There is adjustment on the optic body to rectify. Check that paddle/optic are not damaged/dirty etc. Hope this helps.
