hi this is my 2nd time i have done this just got this machine with no refill key but all the others i just plugged it in and played after i put £30 in i had won£7.60 when collected the machine just said no games balance £5.60 i have a refill key can any please help me as i have no clue at all thanks alot shaun

rereading your post.You say you dont have a refill key.Then you state you have a refill key . Im confused.
