What is the small red light just below the payout tray but above the lower removable panel???

(Legal Tender, genesis cab.)

Like the red lights on bikes isnt it? just to show mr thief on a primative level to keep away as machine is alarmed?

Dunno but i know globals have them near the refill key slot as well.
