what about that young dutch dude who won the embassy last year...erm cant remember name but he's sum old player. but i hate all this PDC and BDO bullshit...1 league, 1 champion....needs sorting out. punters missing out on the full kaboodle

That'll be Jelle Klaasen. He's back this year, as is new Dutch 17 year old sensation Michael Van Gerwen.
Darts split due to money issues. BDO are a bit tight if you ask me, and i can't blame people defecting to PDC as there's so much more money in it. You need to be at the top to make a living from darts anyway, so why not play in the PDC where you'll earn more!

The BDO event has the atmosphere of a public library, which doesn't help viewing figures.

Would'nt be surprised too see a few more defect over to PDC, Ted Hankey, Andy Fordham and Jelle Klaasen would hold there own amongst the big boys.
hope they merge and give Taylor a run for his money. he is without doubt the greatest of all time but as Barney proved he can be beaten.
