Barcrest EXCALIBUR alarm 2.4 ?

Hey, just this minute joined ☺ so firstly a big hello. Anyway I've got a barcrest EXCALIBUR and the ALARM 2.4 or maybe 24 ? Not sure why ? Machine is a bit temperamental and is fine most of the time, but have moved it out from a side room to clean the machine ready to sell. But this alarm comes up on the screen ! Any help is and will be very much appreciated. Ducks.
