Test mode

Can anyone help me I've bought a fruit machine for my husband called nitro and think it's made by barcrest and we cannot get it out of test mode or rather we have no idea of how to he's tried pressing the button inside at the back that says test but with no luck any ideas please

Make sure all the doors are closed. Main door and bottom door.

yea to the above and make sure the doors are pressing in the white button on bottom door and top loader is shut properly and lever locked. red gaming yea?

Yes says red gaming and all doors are secured and shut properly

Check that the wires on the door switches are plugged in correctly also there is a switch on the top door that activates when you turn the key there should be a metal catch on the back of the lock that pushes the switch down
