Show Me The Mummy tamper alarm

Hi Guys
I'm a pure novice when it comes to fruit/puggie machines, I recently bought two for my kids one of which is Show Me The Mummy all was fine the other day and been since I bought it. When I last plugged it in and powered it up it started initialising and then a very loud alarm started error code (alarm 4
, tamper alarm. I find this strange as we haven't opened it.
Any help would be grateful
