Double Crazy Reels *HELP*

Hi please could someone help me i have had this machine for 4 months now and when i turn the machine on it starts up normaly spins in odd sequence first then spins in right direction but then it will land as to normal reels and the third will be out of line. and then the alarm sounds which on this it brings up the number (9) on the alpha disply.

Please can someone help i would be really greatfull

Have u checked that there are no wires obstructing the reels or something catching them as they spin?

Just have a good poke around probably something simple.
