Not always. What about if you catch one on the tail end of a streak? You can get severely stung if you force a red that has already streaked but still giving half decent boards. Especially pub mode machines, which will still offer medium-large wins to attract casual punters.

I used to love Neptunes Treasure. Excellent gameplay and very easy to read. Fair on the public as well.

Having played many "old favorites" on the emulator, it became apparent that games that I found entertaining and enjoyable are now completely gash. The only thing that still stands the test of time is the old sound samples. It was just so much better back then.

And Arabian Nights, Did'nt get on with Red Hot Knights so much but still played em, also liked Monty Python that got upgraded to £25.

Cash Counter is my fave from yesteryear.

I also quite liked Rich and Famous and Mad House, on £6 tokens. Those £36 repeats were ideal for getting you through a busy bank holiday weekend in the seaside arcades, where tokens were essential.

These days, well these Oche Oche Oches and Al Murray's Happy Hour aren't as bad as people think...........

you must be older than me harry,that had a 3 by 3 matrix of all the symbols and gave nudges for lines completed?

It had an ancient "static" cheat. Metal slots. :wink:
