lol spose that isn't alot really.
yea, ebay is the best way about it i think...
quick question...
why do fruit machines ...after costing nearly £3000 , maybe more, maybe less....become nearly worthless after a year or 2?

because they are over priced to start with and because new ones take a great deal more than old ones I guess!

The bare component cost of a traditional fruit machine is very low. Probably around £50. What you are paying for with a new machine is a mixture of concept/IP rights etc. These things depreciate with time, and the cost of a machine will tend towards it's physical value after a length of time.

well all im asking for is £60.... not a lot for someone who wants to use it as a piggy bank (like i did) and i saved loads in it....
and yes banditmad, it is worth trying... depends on how desperate someone is to sell really isnt it. good effort though ;)

You are a pesty salesman! <laugh>

Just stick it on Ebay with no reserve and collect only. you will probably get your £40. Until you try it you will never know.

Ask your mates in the pub

stick a sign up in the pub (Near the fruit machine!) (Bit of free marketing there for you!)

contact your local arcade and ask them if they wanna buy spares etc.

or post it over at fruit-emu they deal a lot in that stuff.

Ok

my fee for all this advice is £40 plus delivery. I'll accept your machine in settlement.

ive put it on ebay once before and all i got was some timewasters... cant be bothered with the hassle of it all. hoping someone wants it on here and it could go to a good home...... i can hire a van for £40 + petrol to deliver it for someone but they would have to fit the bill for that....
