Guess what just popped into my local...

......a cashback!

I thought these failed test? Was there actually anything on them? I know the superhold stuff was a load of crap, but there was talk at some point about it being a smoke screen for the real empty. This one is probably chipped against it anyway if something did exist but can anyone confirm if there was anything?

theres one of these in a harvester near me, an its a a piece of tripe. shit to force, plays like a king ker ching in progression and general crappyness, and there is almost certainly no way to empty it. almost certainly no way it should have even passed the test as well in my humble oppinion :)

My mate was emptying two on the isle of Wight when they were first released. I believe you will find that super hold was the mt mate. Ive seen one been done. But like mentioned, they were all chipped very quickly after, and cashback failed test.

How can it have failed test when full release details, dates and even playing tips were published on the Barcrest Player's Club and Business sites?

I'll give it a bash next time i'm there then. Probably is chipped, but i've got nothing to lose!

Are you implying Big Game and Videostar DIDNT pass test, or just that they are uncommon? I have seen a fair few around, especially the latter..

I have never even seen a video star streak, and only ever seen two jps on them; i HOPE someone knows something for them to CONSTANTLY play awfully, but I guess its cos no one EVER plays them. They are like the (very) poor mans £500 machines.

Well, i went in there again today and its been replaced by a TAW, so i'm guessing it actually was unchipped for it to only be in there 2 weeks.

Still, TAW is going to be good! :D

I used to empty one in southampton every 2 weeks or so.. it liked to do a streak of about £200-£250.

I believe they have alot of different settings; this was the only videostar that exhibited this behaviour that I have ever played. All the rest only seem to do £100 or so. Some videostars auto-collect every win.
