Norwich will continue to go from strength to strength next season, I make them an excellent bet to finish higher than the Tractor Boys. The fact Norwich don't have spending power is not that big a problem. Ipswich could have £100 mil to spend, but it won't make much difference with a shit manager that players don't like.
