Deal or no deal, beat the banker not working. help please?

D or no d, beat the banker. Was working fine. Opened top door to remove some coins and now it won't work! Green leds are lit on mpu but red led is flashing and pressing red button has no effect. Anyone got any ideas what's wrong with it please?

I've checked all power outputs on power supply and all are reading as they should be. Red led still flashing.
