Public Enemy #1 Coin Mech

I have just got a Public Enemy No.1 Machine that currently has a Mars ME129 coin mech fitted, does anyone know if this can be replaced with another Mechanism like the 126?

Yes, it can, but you will need to fit the seperator from the ME129 onto the 126 as well. Was your existing mech ever upgraded to take £2 coins, if so, you will need to check that the 126 has also had a similar upgrade ~ usually a big green or orange box tagged onto the side, which fools the mech into thinking that 4 x 50p have been inserted. You MUST also ensure that all of the routing plugs are swapped over too, AND any pin links that the original may have had.
I do not believe you are able to upgrade to the more moderm digiatl mechs, which are more reliable.

will have to get one thanks for that. Got other coin mechs but not 126 yet
