I have been playing bankers bonus for a while and noticed the 25p stake cashpot is capped at 25 pound. I've played a couple of dond golds lately from sceptre and these seem to be capped on 25pound/25pstake as well must be new chip! anybody else seen this?

You sure mate? Gold's being capped to £25 cashpots don't sound right to me, especially Sceptre, one of the biggest piss pot companies around.

True story, DOND Gold in my local is now capped at £25 on 25p.

lol they probably should have done that from the start... easyest remedy without blocking the cashpot completely...

Ah was wondering about this.
Found one recently and the first two times I played this the 50p stake was on max pot. Next time I came in the 25p pot never went up....Anyone know if the 50p will max out before jp??

on the DOND gold (where 25p stops at £25), the 50p still goes to £70.

Betch - I know you hate these with a passion mate, due to having zero control over them, but I'd say (as there's little else to play and I don't travel) monitoring these has proved fruitful for me.

The 'control' is keeping tabs on what the pots are on, over the three stakes (or two, if the 25p one is capped) and knowing when to strike.

Out of all the guff there is out there at the moment, it's rare that you'll snare £70 from less than a tenner from anything else apart from these.

Would certainly not call them a player's machine by any stretch, but they fill a gap...[/code]

Doesn't matter the the CP is at £70 though, they can give out a £70 game, £70 box COB, £70 stack COB, Win Stepper COB or £40 COB and be miles off giving the cashpot, with you none the wiser.

They are pretty hard to read in terms of readiness too, so it's usually a blind punt UNLESS you see someone lose before hand. Ok fair enough, you'd probably expect to be on the good side of winning/losing only playing 50p/£70s with others not had too, but you just never know.

CP is surely a separate pot - else you would have as much joy as any other DOND. I.e. not much at all, unless the spawn is on your side. ;)

Iv lost 300 on a DOND gold full and 70cp. these are NOT a playable machine. If you want to sit on these in spoons all day leaving evrything in a 15mile radis ready then please do.

My argument for cashpot=separate pot:

Number of JP value COBs I have ever had on any other DOND: 1 (one!)
Number of JP value cashpot COBs I have ever had on these: 50+

I would've expected to see a more even distribution, were they the same pot?

Agree though, not player machines, but worth a waater-test if 'all' pots are of significant value - as although I think the cashpot is separate, I do think it is linked over the stakes.
