about £8 for the 2nd board, and DOND from the trail, looking good! right up to the top row and caught East Wing Vs West Wing on red, I thought it must be pretty good. Ive taken Super streak on normal before on a lucky good board and got £12. Something I rejected on this one..

Went on tilt after that. Ive never in recent memory made a push on a machine to get a good win, and after that shocking feature It took £30 off me in very little time. Thankfully I got the DOND game available and between £10 and £40 I got £40.. Releived but quite annoyed ..

My local has 3 DONDs and a Jackpoteers.. I always play Jackpoteers.. A machine I always used to call a rip of, but now its great value! £5 a board when playing poor, scandalous come ok

as it turns out the worst you can get for that feature is £6... so £7 is some upgrade!!........ yeah...

from my little experience of £70 machines they just seem so unfair!

even hall of fame and i think power5 were capped at £13 max for a board.
i think all machines should have a max board cost cap, i remember seeing a fellow member of potty staff pay £60 for a board on a alien :/

East and west appears to have a skill element to it so I tend to avoid it. The only features I'll ever collect from the top row are ms/jackpot/bigreds. Otherwise I'll just take dond as it's usually open by the time you're in the top row.

Went back for another go today. Good result but baffling.

Was on £1 play going pretty poorly and after a while switched down to 50p play. Then it went bonkers! £20 on red, and DOND game etc etc etc took DOND and got £40

But all that on the first spin after changing stake! Coincidence? YEAH RIGHT!

Yes they where alright when they first came out. Two £40 boxes? Bloomin' 'eck, must be a p1!

The latest incarnations are hideous. Any £40/£70 box is so, so, so rare, yet when they first came out you had a sporting chance. I remember getting a GATW off a few quid (flat £70) and a £70 box off a few quid on 25p stake.

Now they are utterly, utterly pointless.

Definately my favourite of the pile, but, if there's a new program out then maybe not so good, i would go in a pub for them at one point.

There's two I play on in two pubs right next to each other. They both seem decent, inc plenty of phones from COB, a decent amount of £40/£70 in box from dond, and quite a few GATWs from board (tho i've worked out that any JP board is essentially a GATW board) - these usually go for £70. Only had a couple of random GATWs - these both went for £140.

Well my local Let's Play DonD plays like this.

£80 for first phones should you randomly force it. Play game, get box from 1p to £6. Game vanishes for £30 of £2/£3 board. Game comes back, get 1p to £6, wich you'd taken £12 stack, but you're £140 in now, so £12 stack no good. Keep going in for game, keep getting £3. £210 in, so you have to force, a further £100 in to get shots onto three red phones for flat £70. Game there afterwards. Worth £1-£6. Repeat until broke. Never gives GATW, CoB for game rare, even with phoens open, tight with opening zones etc, £70 box every 1 in 300 DonD games. £40 box every 1 in 150 games. £20 box every 1 in 60 games. £10/£15 boxes every 1 in 30 games. £8 box every 1 in 15. Lesser box in every 1 in (1-1/300+1/150+1/60+1/30+1/15) games or 1 in (1-1/300+2/300+5/300+10/300+20/300) => odds of £8 or gearter box = 1 in 1-38/300

ah I've got my fingies the wrong way round, about 1/10 chance of getting a box greater than £6 I'd say. Not fantastic.
