They've replied once stating the current Cat C legal requirements and standards but that doesn't change the fact they originally stated that a red box was a guaranteed repeat.

So now he's waiting for another reply.

I'll be very interested to see what they say next - if the evidence is there then they might save time and money just by sending him a cheque for £70. The only problem on his part would be to prove that he got the red £70 box in the first place.

These seem to love throwing in unexpected DOND boards when seemingly not ready, and lo and behold, the banker offers Cashpot. Seen this several times now.

He's got it on video but the way the lighting is you can't tell it's defo red so they'll just dismiss it, the fact they've changed their description shows an admission that they dropped a bollock.

He's not giving up though until they admit they were wrong, could be a long drawn out saga :lol:

I hope he's mentioned BACTA in his latest letter - that usually gets companies hopping about a bit ...
