Must be some bad stories around this topic who's been a victim of a phantom button breaker and how much has it cost you, what did you do about it?

I simply don't give a fuck,if a machine is getting checked everyday by players then the button is coming off

many a good raise behind a broken button! especially power plays if they are thick enough to actually do the pp button!

also possible to get the culprit barred with a tip off to the manager if you know who when etc and then one less player to worry about!

one thing i would say to kesh is that he is lucky that anyone within a hundred mile radius of his area doesn't make a trip every week or 2 to break a vital button on EVERY playable, or just put them out of action permanently.....

people that go to other areas of the country that break buttons coz they're never going back are also a bit thick because it frees up the players there time and forces them to go try somewhere else, maybe ending up in the breakers area! also it may push others to break buttons in other areas as revenge/or just balance their headfuck!

big picture, long term good players know that button breaking on playables is bad. agreed there can sometimes be short term gains but imo shouldn't be done.

why don't we all start popping the popular unplayables though?!

that stops you losing money. it doesn't enable you to win any though!
if you weren't allowed to play pub machines, how much would you pay to be allowed? ;)
