Wounded mate, wounded.
My worst cost for a board has to be Alien. £30 in and we didn't even see the 1st board materialise. I'm not sure which program it was though. I just remember it was September last year.

High board costs are nothing out of the ordinary i'm afraid, £56 may even be cheap compared to some costers.

Are you saying it cost you £56 for your first board here?

Don't get me wrong i've put 30 plus in many times, not for awhile though and not on a dond, ended up losing about 70 in about 5 minutes. Could of kept going but I couldn't be arsed. It was one of those where three phones gives the game so you only spin fruit wins. I'd made 90 on a monopolyjust before it, so I wasn't that arsed, I always get a result on that.

You want your head testing if losing £70 in under 5 minutes doesn't bother you mate!!

Yes it cost £56 to the pound for the first board, I find it hard to get wound up or arsed by losses, it's all part and parcel.

Not long after the 70s came out (summer 09?) one of my first experiences was 45 quid + in on Alien with no board and maybe 3 bonuses that all yielded 1 (useless) nudge. From the chronology I presume that this was version 1. Probably took a whole 5 mins to burn 4 tenners plus shrapnel. I remember grimly thinking that the 'amusement' was severely lacking let alone the 'without prizes'. Needless to say I didn't know at the time that countless others were using it as an SWP.

£30 is nothing....they can take 3x that much for a board when they've been smashed up.

Could have been bankers bonus. Quid spin is the phones open and I have been caught once here as pot was 70 .25 quid for a board which was 2 quid then ? And bust. Ended up 120 in for 60 out .
