Is the adventure game philosophers quest? I remember playing a similar on on the Bbc. Acornsoft. Throwing water on the silver smelting? Or is this a weird dream?!

1, hmmm , this one has me foxed ,,,,,,,, but all these text adventures had ,,,,,, ''quest for '' or '' caverns , dungeons'' in the title usually lol

2, hmmm again lol ,,,,,,,,,,,,, top down racer in the mould of ''super-sprint or championship-sprint'' ,,,,,,,, dont think its either though.

3, international soccer , championship soccer ,,,,,,, or emylin hughes soccer .

4, looks like it says the name puo puo in the bottom left corner hmmm ???

5, ok so its defo one of the dizzy games ,,,,,,,, of which there was a few ,,,,, defo not treasure island dizzy ,,,,,,,,,,,

6 , to be honest these all have me stumped ,,,,,,,, well done lol ,,,,,,,,,,,,, hmmm last one ,, judging by the space theme ,,,,,,,, im gonna go for dan-dare ??????

The adventure game isn't philosophers quest. It's actually quite well known. Think of films and that should give it away!

Trayhop funnily enough I almost did Emlyn Hughes International Soccer as number 3 but instead I opted for this footy game.
With number 4 you are correct, the name is actually at the bottom left - Pud Pud In Weird World is the full title.

Most of the dizzy games were great games and number 5 was probably the biggest adventure dizzy game. Took a while to complete! As you say its not Treasure Island, it's a later game.

Number 6 you are quite close with Dan Dare!! Same name if that helps! I think this game was actually a bit better than Jet Set Willy.

Yes No. 1 is The Hobbit.

Steve - Not Crystal Kingdom, though that is a big game aswell.

Matt - Thats similar to Slightly Magic but it probably isn't that game.

best c64 site ever ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, lists every game ever made ,,,,,,,,, with art work , screenshots , reviews , and music to listen to etc ,,,,,,,,
